Before your event
[+] Expert alterations, in store
Experience. Our seamstress has worked in the dress and pattern making industry for more than 30 years since graduating trade school. She has created costumes for cruise ship shows, theatrical projects, Disney productions, and services Disney weddings daily. She and her work have been featured on The Little Couple, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Quiero Mi Boda, and News 13’s Royal Wedding Coverage On Demand.
Cost. The cost of alterations depends on the what needs to be done, how the piece is constucted, fabric, and any beading or appliques involved, among other factors. To receive a no-obligation free quote, schedule an appointment with our seamstress.
Appointments. Appointments are always necessary to reserve a fitting room. Our seamstress can only see one party at a time and is not available all day, everyday.
What we alter. We will alter anything, whether it was purchased from our store or elsewhere, formal wear or everyday wear. Our seamstress can also make custom bridal gowns and convert most zipper backs to corset backs.
What to bring. To every fitting, you should bring the same undergarments and shoes you will be wearing on the day of the event to ensure the best fit.
Time. The first fitting for a bridal gown should be done 6 to 12 weeks before the wedding. Bridesmaids, mothers and flower girls can begin their first fittings at least 4 to 6 weeks before the event. If you are changing size/losing weight, we can begin alterations 2 to 4 weeks before the wedding, but you must let us know in advance so that we can allot time to complete it last-minute.
[+] On-site gown steaming/pressing at your venue/hotel room
We provide steaming and pressing services for your entire wedding party in our shop or your hotel room, and we can steam or press veils, bridesmaids dresses, tuxedos, and any other additional garments, too. All steamings and pressings are done by a professional bridal associate with expert knowledge of fabrics, laces, and their proper treatment.

[+] Gown delivery to your venue/hotel room
If you are traveling to Orlando for your wedding, you can ship your gown, veil, and any other items you want steamed, and we will steam and deliver them to your hotel room. Just ship only the items you want steamed/pressed two weeks prior to your event, and we will steam/press them in our shop, deliver them to your hotel room, and retouch any items that may have gotten wrinkled during transportation.

[+] On-site tuxedo fitting in your hotel room/venue
If you are traveling to Orlando for your event from out of town, we'll make it as convenient as possible for you to rent your tux without having to leave your resort. Pick out styles from our wholesaler, Jim's Formal Wear, online, get measured at a local tailor near you, and submit your order through our online order form six weeks before the event. Once you come in to town a few days before your event, we'll travel to your hotel to fit your tuxedo. If any alterations need to be done, we'll take care of it and redeliver your tux to your hotel bell stand before the event.

If you are traveling to Orlando for your event from out of town, we'll make it as convenient as possible for you to rent your tux without having to leave your resort. If you don't have time for a fitting, or you're confident that your measurements are accurate, we can just deliver your tux to your hotel bell stand so it's ready when you check in to your hotel.

After your event
[+] Gown pick-up from hotel bell stand, cleaning/preservation, and return shipping
Without proper care and storage stains will set and your gown will eventually yellow as it ages. We offer gown cleaning and preservation services by Wedding Gown Preservation Co., one of the most respected names in the industry. This process includes the thorough cleaning of your gown, as well as preservation and display in a viewing box, and shipping back to your home (only in the lower 48 states and with a signature required). Other mementos of your important day, such as your headpiece, veil, or garter, may be included as well. For our out-of-town brides, pick up from your hotel is included with this service at no extra charge. Just call us when you leave your gown with the bell stand we'll pick it up!

[+] On-site tuxedo pick-up at your hotel bell stand
By 12 Noon the day after your event, just leave your tuxedo in the tuxedo bag, with all parts and pieces in the bag and your ticket showing in the viewing window, at your hotel bell stand. We'll pick it up there, and you can enjoy the rest of your trip!
